• To ascertain and analyse the Viability of a project.• Detailed estimate of the project in coordination with Architects, R.C.C. Consultant and the technical team.• To Raise capital and manage the Fund flow of the project.• Legal aspects of the project i.e. Title of the property, Purchase agreement, agreement for sale and final conveyance in coordination with the advocate, solicitors, Vendors and other consultants.• Appointment of Contractors and agencies and coordinating with them Handling of purchases for the projects and maintaining the stock• Sales of Units, Communication, coordination with buyers, handing over the possession and formation of an organisation.• Maintenance of accounts, tax implications of the projects • Coordinate in project execution. • Procurement of related project materials. • Co-ordination among sites and sub-division of Engineering Department. • Co-ordination with other departments for payments, drawing, material etc. • Coordinating with contractors, vendors, Architects, Projects Management Team, Clients and Consultants. • Management of project execution procedures, Project documentation and project reconciliation. • Estimation / tendering for Project & its variations. • Assist Site Management with Project Mobilization. • Assist Site Management with Contract and Sub-contract execution. • Lead & guide the Site Planning, Site Technical & other departments like procurement & materials management with project priorities. • Assists with Project technical and commercial claims. • Communications with Contractors and Sub-contractors. • Dealing with Statutory agencies, Quality audits, implementation of Manpower plans, Checking the bills coming from various sites, preparing payment statements for payments• Preparing and Releasing work order for various activities. • Development & Maintaining Contractor, Vendor data base, Arrange resources and petty contractors, required at the site.
