Job Responsibilities:Preparation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements and perform self-review to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the FSAbility to read and understand financial statements of US GAAP, UK GAAP, CAN GAAP, AUS GAAP with highest level of attention and accuracy. Review of financial statements - income statement, Balance Sheet, statement of cash flow, statement of shareholders equity. Monitoring and analysis of financial data for different clients and ppreparing financial statements. Prepare and update monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports of private and public organizations.Reconciliation of financial data of balance sheet and P&L accounts. Interpreting notes to the financial statements and making aadjustment accordingly.Responsibilities of delivering the assigned activities ensuring all necessary requirements are met within SLA of 4 hours. Review work of junior analysts to check accuracy before delivering the outputs. Experience of team handling, data extraction, work allocation to the team. Ability to manage the work pressure and meet the client SLAs within 4 hours. Investigate and respond to ad hoc queries and escalation mails from clients. Handling of multiple clients rush mail requests from different regions. Performing quality assurance checks on the teams work.Creation of MIS reports. (SLA report, productivity report, EOD report etc).
