A. Credit Appraisal/Assessment Reviewing and evaluating loan applications to determine company’s financial risk in accepting the applications according to the underwriting authority. Assessing credibility of the clients, risks involved and approving the applications as per the procedures laid down and regulatory guidelines. Forwarding the files for sanctioning after duly scrutinizing the credit documents and processing loan applications.B. Credit Approval (Post Sanction Activities) Coordinating with various agencies working for NBFC to ensure that all Post Disbursal Documents are in order through regular follow up.  Authorizing Disbursements after checking Legal documents, forwarded by relationship Managers and forwarding files after verifying Legal procedures for Disbursements.o Relationship Management Coordinating with the Legal department for Clearance of the Legal papers and with the Technical department for Technical verification. Managing delivery of customer services for improving client satisfaction levels for high value corporate accounts as well as individual customers for achieving regular targets. Conceptualising customer retention strategies by offering value added services, sales support services etc. Maintaining relationship with various builders and corporates for Home Loan proposals. Assisting the customer in finalizing the property.
