Key responsibilities: • Introduce the KTN (Know the Network) and Cisco discovery process to Cisco partners and customers.• Conduct network discovery and analysis of Cisco equipment in large client networks using various Cisco Tools (CNC, CNAC and Netformx).• Train and provide support to Cisco partners for on-going co-management about KTN process.• Configure and troubleshoot end customer network to solve the access list and firewall issue as part of Cisco discovery process.• Optimize, Modify and test various Cisco tools using monitoring software based on network criticalness and customer requirements. • Provide accurate analysis of Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless access points/controllers, IP phones, Cisco Firewall based on network audit reports.• Introduce new Cisco technologies for network audit to reduce the overall cost and reduce the resources for Cisco.• Provide training to CCNA graduates about various Cisco tools as part of KTN Internship program.Key achievements:• Achieved successful network audits for around 130 customers and about 50,000 devices within two years and helped to generate the A$12 million dollar revenue for Cisco based on KTN program.• Successfully trained and committed around 20 different Cisco partner to learn KTN and Cisco discovery process.• Successfully run a small team with KTN interns(CCNA graduates) to manage the KTN engagements all over APAC( Asia Pacific)• Established my position as key contact/advisor for customers/Cisco Partner with any technical questions about KTN process
