Skytra is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airbus, established in London, in May 2019 to create the financial infrastructure necessary for the air travel industry to help risk manage its revenue volatility.My role:- Leading a team of permanent and global contracted data engineers- Delivering financial data products via complex pipelines working with planet-scale datasets leveraging Google Cloud platform's capabilities to our advantage- working closely with product leads, data and platform vendors, executive team, sales team, infrastructure team and customers.- defining and building the data infrastructure and data management capabilities- driving continuous technology and process improvements to improve operational efficiency- designing and developing solutions for information delivery to customers via user friendly dashboards as well as reporting datasets.- supporting new product launches

Utility warehouse is a genuine multi-service provider with a unique route to market, both of which provide exciting data challenges. My remit was:- Leading Data Governance initiatives reporting to the CDO (e.g. Data Quality, Privacy controls for GDPR compliance)- Responsible for Data Architecture and best practices within GCP/BQ landscape- Managing GCP data infrastructure as code via Terraform- Have introduced and kickstarted Dataform (DBT alternative for data modelling) to UW- Data integration via Airflow and Python apps- Looker best practices, admin and support

• Worked as an Informatica developer in the Retirement Plan Services team of the Asset Management Department • Responsible for loading and maintaining a complex Datawarehouse from which reports were generated for both business users and customers.• Worked on replacing legacy data mart with new data mart enabling the department to let go of older systems resulting into substantial cost savings• Worked on many BAU enhancements for the existing Financial DataMart for various subject areas like Income replacement, Rate of Return, Saving and investment campaigns, Billing and ESA.

• Worked as a Datawarehouse developer for an US based healthcare provider WellPoint, loading their DataMart and generating compliance reports• Created Informatica ETL procedures and Teradata BTEQ scripts to load the Data Mart and generate threshold and variance reports for US State Governments.• Completed 6 months Infosys Training Programme with CGPA 5/5
