Since my return in 2011, I've sourced and financed the acquisition of more than 2,000+ value-add apartments and spearheaded the development of over 1,000 units in Los Angeles, Denver, and Portland.With a rich history of over 25 years in real estate, I am a seasoned professional, in-depth knowledge and experience in acquisition, development, design, construction, capital raising, and asset management.Prior to returning to Cityview, I founded Marketcents Inc., an independent project management firm. As a principal, I served as the trusted owner’s representative and advisor to firms like Blackstone, LivCor, The Kor Group, New Urban West, NNC Partners, Cityview, and Isles Ranch Partners.Before founding Marketcents, I held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at Cityview, where I responsible for market due diligence of new acquisitions, assessed market risks and opportunities for existing assets, and spearhead new and value add product design, project sales, marketing strategies, 3rd party contract negotiations, valuation, and asset disposition strategies across Cityview’s multifamily, for-sale, and retail portfolio, totaling 23 assets in 5 states.Earlier in my career, I held a pivotal role as the Director of Marketing & Programming at KB Urban, a division of KB Home. During my tenure, I orchestrated the planning, design, and sales and marketing for the division’s projects. Notable projects in my portfolio included The Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences at LA Live, Ascent at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, Anavia in Anaheim, The Carlyle in Irvine, and Runway Lofts in Playa Vista, collectively totaling 900 residential units in Southern California.My expertise also shines through my role as a Vice President at RCLCo, LLC, where I provided market research and feasibility for prominent residential projects across the U.S. My client roster reads like a who's who of real estate, featuring The Related Companies, Macfarlane Partners, Phoenix Realty Group, CIM Group, Clarion, Forest City Development, KOR Realty Group, John Laing Homes, Lennar, JMB, Caruso Affiliated Holdings, Fifield Investments, Howard Hughes, and Newhall Land.With an unwavering commitment to excellence, I have not just navigated the real estate circles — I've thrived through them.
