Joining & Exit Formalities: Handled joining formalities for all levels, ensured document verification, Inductions & Training, Documents & Details are input in HRMS software, Also managed apprentice contracts, and managed clearance forms and F & F Process. 3. Operational Work: Prepared HR documents, Updated the HR database, Drafting govt. letters, Laisoning with govt. officers and conducted company inductions & visits. Handled employees greviance and critical death cases.4. Payroll Inputs: Managed monthly payroll cycle of 500+ Employees, Attendance Summary, Corrections & Deductions.5.
