- Meeting with the Strategic clients for Solution Demo and Feasibility during the Pre- Sales phase.- Preparing Scope-of-Work for the respective clients that've agreed to onboard and make sure the SoW is deliverable.- Assigning & introducing my Delivery Team members to the clients, based on solution complexity, priority & bandwidth.- Validating the BRDs/FRDs created by the Delivery Managers, rejecting the same if any info. is missing/mis-match/not feasible.- Ensuring all the deliveries are met with the decided TAT, if not, responsible for clearing the roadblocks.- Managing the client escalations during the delivery phase and ensuring the seamless delivery.

- Handling end to end Project Delivery life cycle, both with, Agile & Waterfall methods. - Onboarding the customers, gathering requirements, providing feasible solutions & timelines as per the SoW submitted. - Preparing BRD & FRD documents based on the finalized requirements during client meetings/calls. - Forwarding BRDs & FRDs to the Developers, clearing their concerns and ensuring timely development of the phased solution. - Responsible for delivering the requested solutions to the clients, providing detailed training and taking feedback/suggestions/changes for the next phase development.- Post delivery engagement- for any issues or concerns, for upsell opportunities, for any solution/feature changes; till the first invoicing.
