• Co-founded a nonprofit organization – Masti Group Charitable Organization to bring Cancer awareness in young adults• Build public relations with several other cancer foundations and community experts• Lead and managed team events such as Relay for Life in 2010, Gala in 2007 and 2008 and in 2009; also managed administrative and busniess aspect of the event plannings such as marketing, resource allocation, budgeting and timelines.• Participated in Go Vertical Challenge (2008), Hustle up the Hancock (2009), The Bonco Popular Chicago Half Marathon (2008) to help raise funds and awareness for cancer

This is the same position that transitioned into GE Lead engineer.

Designed, Developed and Tested multi-layer polymer base micro-electrodes for neuronal recordings from rats auditory cortex. Designed the electrode's micro-fabrication masks on CAD. Performed engineering assessment of the physical structure as well as developed FE models to understand the thermal stresses on the polymer substrate during fabrication. Performed animal surgery to implant the micro-electrodes in rat's auditory cortex. and conducted acute and chronic recording experiments.
