I was associated with Litigation and Corporate practice at King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK). My position involved work like Drafting of Plaints/Petitions/Reply/Appeal under various Acts. It also includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, commercial agreements such as joint venture agreements, subcontract agreements etc. I am also actively advising various medical forums and establishments on various complex issues such as the minimum requirements of firefighting installations and exit facilities applicable to the medical establishments provided under the various editions of the National Building Code. Further, I also advise various companies on website policy, terms and conditions, legal disclaimer etc. To conclude my role at KSK allow me to actively juggle between Litigation as well as corporate practice.

Handled all kinds of Civil Litigation and Arbitration matters. Drafted Petitions, Appeals, Applications, Written Statements, Replies and Notices in respect of matters before the Delhi High Court, Trial Courts, Tribunals, and Ministry.Drafted Petitions challenging Memorandum, Rules, and Byelaws for the conduct of elections for the appointment of office-bearers. (More specifically for various medical forums).Drafted various notices and objections with respect to the registration of Nursing Homes under the Delhi Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1953, issues related to conversion/mixed-use charges/parking charges/permission fees, etc. in terms of Master Plan for Delhi 2021 and issues related to the handling and disposal of medical waste under the Bio-Medical Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 1998/2016. Drafted Petitions, Replies, Rejoinders, etc. with respect to the matters relating to Medical Negligence.

Handled all kind of commercial litigation and arbitration including matters related to Electricity Act and PNGRB Act and drafted Legal notices, Rejoinders, plaints, written statements, Special Leave Petitions etc.

Handled various civil cases like Injunction Suits, Eviction Petitions, Deposition of Rent, Partition suits, Contempt Petitions etc.
