I am a Chartered Accountant currently working with the Corporate Intelligence team at Deloitte, conducting research on its existing and prospective clients; prepare client acceptance reports which includes litigation summaries (civil, bankruptcy, criminal), adverse media summaries and other regulatory records (OFAC/SEC and national financial sanctions) for individuals and entities. I also perform in-depth research on entities and individuals to assess their corporate structure, legitimacy and to ensure they don't appear on any sanctions/World Compliance database leveraging tools like Dow Jones. Prior to Deloitte, I worked with a CA firm as a RERA (Real Estate law) Consultant, which has enabled me to get a strong understanding of interpreting the laws and client handling. I am always keen to learn new things and broaden my horizon, hence I keep updating myself mostly in the areas of finance and Microsoft Excel. I also like to travel, socialize with people and exploring new cultures and different ways of living.
