Worked alongside the Senior Payrollers to ensure all Payroll data is input onto the system, checked for accuracy, and provide support as required across the function. Provided customer service to our employees and corporate customers alike.Other duties included Data processing/input: with respect to: Starters, Leavers, Movers, Variable Pay Elements (Bonus, Overtime, Freelancer Contract payments, VAT etc), Salary Changes, Additional Responsibility Payments, Temporary Responsibility Payments, Family Leave Calculations Secondments/Sabbaticals, Pension Calculations, Overpayment Recoveries and Retros, Master Data changes (salary, Bank details etc), Payroll Inbox – query resolution, Online Pay Documents – query resolution, Telephone and email queries (very busy around payroll deadline and pay day)
