• Responsible for Line Maintenance Planning, working within the operations control centre, planning high frequency tasks, up to 1A check ( Maintenance check performed average 500- 800 flight hours or 200-400 cycles on Aircrafts ) on Monarch Fleet and for various customer aircrafts • Monitor forecast and ensuring all line maintenance planned and carried out and all aircrafts remains airworthy• Responsible for preparing daily work scopes for all line stations • Actively reviewing and planning rectification of defects• Supporting different customers like DHL, LOT, Air Greenland, Flybe, Tasman Cargo for their line maintenance requirement, preparing work scopes for customer aircrafts every day.• Communicate globally with customer engineers for required maintenance located in various countries Auckland, Germany, U.K, USA, Middle East, Africa and Europe on their aircrafts. • Experience in working with fleet type787, 767, 757, 737, A320,A321 and A330• Coordinate with quality engineers if any task required extension• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics ensuring all required spares, tools available at specific line stations for planned tasks• Train and support new team members

• Developed and managed Technical Records Team of 6 employees for day to day activities and allocating new projects • Responsible for all data in to EFPAC ( EFPAC = Engine Fleet Planning and Costing software, A software used by Engine Lease department ),• Managed data cleaning activity in to EFPAC• Responsible for management and continued development of Technical Records System for retention, maintenance and archiving for all lease engine activities • Responsible to achieve business objectives, drive Technical Records team to achieve results to complete objectives • Responsible for development and performance review , 1-2-1 for Technical Records Team members • Manage and communicate with other stakeholders in business like customer face business units with technical records queries or any records requirements Lead and continuing developing of STREAM digital archive system for Lease Engine records ( STREAM is a digital data archive)• Responsible for hiring employee and interviews • Lead the project and change management and drive system supplier and Lease department for required changes in to both system STREAM and EFPAC.

* Managing the Data entry team, Record Management Assessors team for day to day activities and allocating projects.* Demonstrated a pro-active and driving attitude to achieve the business objectives* Responsible for validity of data in AMOS* Ensure accurate reports are produced by Technical Information to finance for Engine / APU data, lessor’s, End of Lease and Component Suppliers * Responsible for ensuring all records requirement including AD/ SB/ MODS/ Component Form 1 /8130s are captured for the End Of Lease aircrafts* Responsible for ensuring uploading all data for new aircraft joining Thomson fleet* Identify risks to the business and ensured a contingency plan was put in place, carried out the Fault Management process to prevent any trends* Responsible to ensure all check packs are getting entered on AMOS for outsourced checks.* Responsible for ensuring all flights are loaded and confirmed in AMOS to get accurate utilization data for airframes and engines* Manage activities for all tree receivings in AMOS for Engines/ APU and Langding Gears.* Responsible for department procedures, ensuring all procedures are up to date * Responsible to develop more effective ways to use AMOS for Technical Information department.
