Application Support Administrator
Current• Responsible for providing support services for RACGP business applications, the largest of these being iMIS, Content Manager, Kentico, Monday.com and utilizing ServiceNow for fulfilling service requests and resolving incidents for staff and members of the college to enable to do their job effectively and seamlessly.• Maintain and update knowledge base, training, procedures, and reference materials for key business applications. • Ongoing administration of business applications, ensure to deactivate license for users that have left the organization or not using the application to save cost.• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user, process, application, and data integrity issues. Monitor for data integrity issues; report and remediate accordingly. • Complete application testing and regular health checks to identify any functionality, reliability, or integrity issues. • Escalate application issues that can’t be resolved internally to vendors as required. Participate in user acceptance testing and production validation testing. • Support and maintain strong relationships with the Service Delivery support teams, Product Owners, Information Technology Managers, and application vendors. • Raise application system changes via the Technology Change Advisory Board (TCAB) process. • Provide input to application roadmaps to ensure application upgrades are proactively planned for. • Comply with all relevant workplace policies and procedures. • Other duties as required.• Assisted college during CCE exams for doctors to do escalations and monitoring and also Zoom activities.
