  • Maintaining compliance by taking rate & special approvals from Revenue Planning /Credit-Control & National Sales Head & Sales Team. • Booking deals into the system (Wide Orbit). • Scheduling Commercials into the logs according to their positions. • Crosschecking with the total amount received from client (Cheque) to the total deal amount received for booking. • Issuing Broadcast Certificates as and when demanded by the client/Agencies to understand their aired spots on radio. • Coordinating with the sales team and promo production team for sponsorship tags/ RJ Mentions’/Time checks/Weather Updates/ Traffic Updates & Other Value Ads. • Dispatching all promos / spots/jingles in appropriate formats to all relevant stations for the same to be aired there. • Reconciling of logs & invoicing on weekly basis of the aired spots. • Maintaining the Database of Spots aired/RJ Mentions and Sponsorships.• Generating MIS (Revenue-report) and other relevant reports for Inventory for respective Heads.• Working with sales, finance/collections to executing campaigns obtained by sales-Teams across North /South/East Radio Stations. • Responsible for delivering targeted Ad's insertions and scheduling them in Proper rotations & positions. • Strict adhering to process and maintaining checklists/documentation of all deals. • communicating with Sales & Collections Department for proper booking & scheduling.• Reporting to National sales Operations Manager.
