Deputy Project Manager
Current• Understand HOD's requirements for plant capacity, location, process flow, equipment list, environmental conditions, utilities, and safety requirements.• Prepare and finalize conceptual layouts.• Create Project Charter/Planner.• Develop and finalize basic engineering drawings and design basis.• Review and finalize detailed engineering, BOQ, and tender documents.• Prepare technical comparison sheets and recommendations to select vendors.• Collaborate with external agencies, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work adherence to schedule.• Review and approve execution drawings and documents.• Conduct FAT/SAT inspections and equipment testing.• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.• Install, test, and commission HVAC systems, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, distribution piping, air handling units, VRV, VRF, FCU, central air conditioning systems, cassette AC, air distribution ducting, HVAC controllers, electrical and BMS panels, clean utilities, and black utilities as per drawings and specifications.• Review and approve User Requirement Specifications, Risk Assessments, Design Qualifications, Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications, and Performance Qualifications for HVAC and Clean Utilities.• Prepare for project closure and handover to users.• Successfully handle and clear local FDA, USFDA, and MHRA audits.• Maintain professional relationships with management, co-workers, and other employees.• Foster enthusiasm, teamwork, and cooperation in the work environment.• Recognize and respect diversity and individual differences.• Participate as a volunteer in company cultural activities.
