* Perform staged inspection (First-Off Inspection, In-Process Inspection & Final Inspection) of machined parts using micrometers, Vernier calipers, height gauges & optical comparator.* Follow PMC Quality procedures and specific instructions to perform inspection.* Review, analyze and evaluate products for acceptance criteria and report deviations from tolerances/standard/ specifications to the supervisor.* Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.* Read and interpret engineering drawings, working with close tolerances.* Maintain and calibrate different precision measuring instrument such as Micrometer, dial indicator, height gauges and other measuring devices.* Generate and maintain diverse paperwork, inspection reports, calibration record and non-conformance report for traceability.* Perform work safely adhering to all the required safety guidelines and standards.* Perform regular Internal Audits to ensure work procedure being followed and provide corrective actions if required.
