It Finance & Business Operations Analyst
• Responsible managing CIO/CTO OPEX budget, including all outsourced labor and software expenses for the CIO organization• Aligned closely with IT PMO to ensure accurate reporting of software CAPEX spend for new software implementations • Executed month-end activities including variance to forecast analysis, actuals reporting, posting accruals and intercompany charges, amortization of pre-paid/capital asset balance sheet expenses, PO creation/management • Utilized forecasting (Anaplan/Apptio), labor reporting (Anaplan/Workday), Software Asset Management (ServiceNow), and ERP (Oracle Cloud) tools • Communicated and collaborated with ITS leadership to ensure proper expense management, budget P&L reporting, and annual KBR/strategic planning processes • Created monthly and quarterly results/forecast views (by line of business and expense category) and presented reports to CIO and ITS leadership team in review meetings • Managed yearly bottoms-up planning processes to ensure all KBR and strategic spend was captured in an accurate baseline forecast for the upcoming year, with a focus on software and labor expense • Worked closely with leadership and Procurement to identify options for reducing software/labor spend to achieve yearly plan reduction targets• Trained team new hires and assisted with necessary knowledge transfer through multiple reorganization efforts • Lead renewal process for large, 3-year Oracle contract and currently responsible for managing and budgeting all Oracle technology spend• Assisted with company separation efforts by ensuring CIO budget was accurately split into 2 separate entities based on SW usage for each future company • Continued to manage NCR Voyix budgets and associated activities after the companies split, with NCR Atleos budgets being transferred to the new entity
