Greeted and sat customers, served alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages as well as prepared beverages. Expedited meals, cleared tables, promoted restaurant online, had friendly interactions with all customers and by doing so, created repeat customers. Opened and closed restaurant alone. Worked alone most times but also worked well with other servers and chefs. At peak season, some days served a full restaurant of 65 seats on my own, catering to each individuals needs with confidence and friendliness at all times.
