Responsible for the oversight and implementation of the Choice Neighborhood Implementation (CNI) a 9-million-dollar national case management program to assist with the relocation and transition of residents affected by the Beecher Terrace Revitalization project. Collect, maintain, and analyze data from client home visits, office visits, and community site visits used to generate reports for HUD grants. Supervise at 8-10 staff for the Louisville CNI case management team and identify gaps in services, advocate on behalf of residents, coordinate and monitor service delivery by building partnerships with local organizations to overlap resources. Develop, design, and execute programing based on our pillars to uplift the economic mobility, health equity, housing stability and educational attainment for over 1,467 residents in 767 households. Increased stability of each pillar by 30%. Represented Urban Strategies Inc. at community supportive services meetings with critical CNI partners, other social service entities, minority groups, unions, human relation organizations and related public/private agencies.

Served as liaison between the Court, LMYDS, Department of Juvenile Justice, police departments and Jefferson County Public Schools
