I collaborate with multiple agencies and hotels across Torres del Paine + Patagonia, San Pedro de Atacama, and Santiago doing a range of full-day, half-day, and multi-day expeditions tailored to meet the needs of clients, from budget travelers to high-end luxury seekers.

The responsibility for explaining boat rules and safety guidelines during voyages around the 3 faces of Grey Glacier, as well as providing information about the surrounding mountainous areas and the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. My role involved ensuring a comfortable and informative experience answering any questions that may arise from guests while ensuring safety. Ensure a speedy check-in process and verify that the count of passengers boarding matches the count of passengers boarding & disembarking.

Responsible for overseeing guest service operations, including managing food and beverage inventory, ensuring shipments for supplies, and maintaining a seamless workflow.

During my time at university, I took on a role that involved a variety of responsibilities. My tasks included processing customer orders and payments, addressing and resolving customer complaints, preparing sandwiches, and handling delivery orders.

My first job while in highschool and role as a Barista involved delivering customer service, preparing and serving food and coffee orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for patrons. I was responsible for closing the cash register at the end of each shift and managing inventory for the coffee shop. Additionally, I coordinated shift schedules and oversaw shipment orders. This coffee establishment has since closed and the owner has sold the business.
