Current• Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy to drive growth, market share, and brand presence• Collaborate with product development team to develop new skincare products that aligns with market trends and demands• Conduct market research and analysis to understand skincare trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities• Work on pricing strategies and promotional activities which helped maximize sales and profitability• Work with KAMs to forecast demand, set sales targets, and track performance against goals• Coordinate and execute successful product launches, including setting launch timelines, creating product positioning and promotion• Analyze sales data and market performance to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust brand strategies accordingly
