Currently, working in globally renowed end to end techincal textile machine manufacturer as Senior project engineer. Assumed a pivotal role in the initiation & successful launch of the LOHIA IOT service (capturing data points from plc level and delivering those tags in specified protocol), orchestrating the implementation of IOT and machine networking at the client's location. This initiative not only ensured feasibility but also amplified the operational efficiency of the machinery. Additionally, it empowered customers to make informed decisions regarding orders well ahead of schedule, while also optimizing their machine maintenance processes. Facilitating seamless installation and commissioning of extrusion and flexible packaging recycling machinery across both domestic and international markets. Worked on communication protocols ModBus x2x, CAN bus, RS 485/ RS232 .Additionally, I possess good experience in configuring and resolving PLC issues using B&R automation tools and Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation tools) on-site. Coverting machine control from Allen Bradley micrologix 1400 to B&R controlling PLC_CPU_1382 with HMI_PP70. Moreover Proficient in software like B&R Automation Studio and E Plan, I excel at debugging and troubleshooting networking and port complexities. I've also conducted simulations using MATLAB and LABVIEW, while also adeptly utilizing software such as TinkerCAD, PSpice, and Proteus. Before my professional career, I gained substantial experience through my pursuit of a B.Tech degree with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College. The institution is affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh. Notably, I was honored with a Bronze medal at the state level, a recognition bestowed by Shrimati Anandi Ben Patel, the esteemed Governor of Uttar Pradesh and former Chief Minister of Gujarat.Furthermore, I am a determined and tenacious research advocate and dedicated professional, driven by ambition. This pursuit has resulted in the successful publication of two of my works in a renowned global journal under Springer's publication.
