My Role -Developed and produced precise and detailed drawings for the execution of interior projects across over residential developments, ensuring high levels of accuracy.-Led and was the part of execution and Designed 4+ Ultra Luxary Residential villas.-Led the interior design for a prestigious Jumeirah Bay villa, one of the area’s most luxurious residences, with a focus on creating opulent and bespoke environments.-Spearheaded the design , BOQ and detailed drawings of interiors for one of Jumeirah Bay’s most luxurious villas spanning 30000 sq ft , ensuring alignment with high-end aesthetic and functional requirements.-Managed the selection and procurement of premium fixtures, and artwork, enhancing the villa's grandeur and elegance.-Coordinated with Internal as well as external stakeholders to get the project ready within the given timeline.-Contributed to the Jumeirah Golf Estate project by working on the layout, Boq and lightning arrangements , with a focus on optimizing spatial functionality and aesthetic appeal.-Designed and implemented sophisticated lighting layouts that enhanced the ambiance and functionality of the space, incorporating both natural and artificial light sources to complement the luxurious design.-Spearheaded the design and development of detailed drawings for elevator interiors for DLRC, ensuring alignment with the project’s high-end aesthetic and functional requirements.-Created comprehensive design plans for elevator lobbies and cabins, integrating premium materials and finishes to enhance the overall luxury and cohesiveness of the residential towers.-Delivered design solutions that enhanced the aesthetic appeal and user experience of the elevator spaces, contributing to the overall prestige of the High Ananda Residential Towers.

My role involved in managing and creating detailed AutoCAD drawings and renders for a diverse range of clients. My responsibilities span residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, including turnkey solutions. I am also engaged in site supervision to ensure the seamless execution of design plans. My Role :-Led the Design and execution of Interior Projects across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors ,as well as Turnkey Projects ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction -Led and Designed 5+ Luxary Residential villas.-Designed and did the execution of a 12,000 square foot residential property, which is currently in the final stages of development-Help deliver end-to-end design solutions, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.-Coordinated with Internal as well as external stakeholders to get the project ready within the given timeline.-Gained hands-on experience in coordinating with vendors and contractors, improving the overall project workflow and efficiency.-Developed a keen eye for luxury materials and finishes, contributing to the successful execution of several high-end projects.

Developed design concepts that incorporated high end materials and aesthetics while ensuring comfort and elegance for guests.-Layout Designing to optimise functionality, flow and aesthetics considering factors such as furniture arrangement, lighting, circulations paths and zoning requirements.-Oversaw the execution of design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and design integrity. Coordinated with architects, contractors, and vendors to implement design solutions efficiently and effectively.-Led and Designed a Luxary conference hall for Roter Group which makes drones for the army .-Worked directly with the Roter Group to understand their specific needs and preferences for the conference hall. Presented design proposals and made adjustments based on client feedback, ensuring the final design aligned with their vision and functional requirements.

Afrikiko African Cafe -My Role - -Led the designed and executed a unique African-themed café spanning 1,200 square feet.-Developed a comprehensive design concept that authentically represented African culture throughcolor schemes, materials, and decor. Researched various African traditions, art forms, and designelements to create an immersive and vibrant atmosphere that celebrated the continent's rich heritage.-Managed all aspects of the project from start to finish, including sourcing materials, coordinatingwith contractors and suppliers, and overseeing the installation of design elements.-Utilized a variety of African design elements, including traditional patterns, colors, and artifacts, tocreate an immersive and culturally rich experience for visitors.-Managed the entire project lifecycle efficiently, from design conception to final execution, deliveringa high-quality result within the established timeline and budget.
