• Recruit and place candidates for IT & Non-IT Sector.• Responsible for Full life cycle of hardcore recruiting.• Sourcing candidates from various job boards, social media, cold calling• Pre-screening, qualifying, interviewing, assessing candidate technical abilities and soft skills• Offer extension, candidate closing, as well as rate and benefits negotiations.• Work closely with Sales Executives, Fulfillment Managers, and Account Managers to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives.• Successfully manage high requirement volumes while meeting tight client SLAs.• Actively maintain positive and consistent client relationships; communicate directly with client Hiring Managers and Technical Leads to qualify active requirements, coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and educate on current market trends and demands.• Develop and maintain consistent pipeline of qualified candidates; identify and determine candidate objectives and motivators.• Using the sourcing tools like Career Builders, TechFetch, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Referrals and Job Postings.• Expertise in hiring Project managers, Business Analyst, developers, DBA‘s, Testers, QA etc.• Doing full cycle of Recruitment which starts with requirement understanding to sourcing, phone interview, pay and benefits negotiation, referral checks and submission on VMS.
