Greetings! I am currently a sophomore Informatics major at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am an imaginative and dedicated student while also trying to be an active member in my community through leadership and community service.Currently I am on the e-board of the South Asian Student's Association as junior events coordinator. The South Asian Students Association (SASA) of the University of the Massachusetts Amherst is an organization that unifies the rich cultural tradition of South Asia with customs of the West. Our organization is comprised of students of South Asian descent as well as those who wish to acquire a better understanding of the culture. SASA events academically, culturally, and socially strive to create an environment that celebrates South Asia and promotes cultural awareness.
