- Responsible for overall financial operations of a district consisting of 5 sites and 23 operating units. This includes financial reporting, cost accounting, AP, AR, and Payroll.- Prepare & analyze budgets and forecasts, and communicate results to senior leadership.- Perform period end closing functions at multiple operating units.- Interface with external stakeholders/parties such as labour unions and client auditors.- Standardize internal controls across operating units.- Design and implement performance management systems as well as align operations with company mission, vision, and objectives.

- Responsible for daily review and audit of retail sales data and reporting variances.- Reconcile US & CDN balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting back-up documentation.- Maintenance and posting of assigned sub ledgers (Bank, A/R, A/P) to general ledger.- Create and adjust debt files to ensure accurate balances are reflected on client accounts.- Assist with special projects such as for external audits and money laundering compliance.
