 Understand organizational objective to create ideal training programs for employees. Develop & implement high-impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities. Assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness of L&D programs. Work with various stakeholders in company to coordinate and organize training sessions.  Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.  Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement. Lead specialized seminars for customers & prospects. Collaborate with managers to support soft skills development in organization & help individuals enhance their skills & knowledge. Ensure that team is equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.  Help managers develop their team members by enhancing their skills. Assess the success of development plans and help teams make the most of learning opportunities. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) Any other duties which may from time to time be requested by Reporting Manager or Management.

 Implement learning & development programs in company. Coordinate and organize training sessions.  Lead specialized training seminars for customers & prospects. Help team leaders develop their team members by enhancing their skills. Developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees.  Facilitate wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. Perform 6S Audit in plant along with all HOD’s & Plant Head. Lead 6S Implementation Project in plant working as 6S Champion. Determining training needs and implement training and development plans in all dept. Ensure overall improvement through training, multi skilling and kaizen activities. Ensure smooth execution of training programs through excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Use traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
