Senior Recruiter
CurrentResponsibilities: • Recruiting consultants with required experience and expertise for managed services (permanent positions) and staff augmentations (contract positions) • Provide national coverage and collaborate with different regions supporting the hiring and recruiting strategy. • Collaborate with recruiting and sales group to assess needs of Clients. • Develop pipeline of consultants both on proactive and reactive basis to anticipating the needs of various practice areas. • Develop and maintain relationships with channels and external recruitment agencies. • Hands-on in sourcing resumes through various channels. • I recruited US Citizen and Green Carder Holder for full time roles and I have worked mostly full time (Permanent) roles and some times work on contract roles as well.• Conduct personal interview/evaluation and assess potential candidates. • Coordinating technical interviews with solutions team of experts. • Negotiate Compensation/Benefits with respect to hiring mode (W2 hourly, W2 salary/1099/ corp-to-corp and H1 Transfers) • Acquiring Exclusive Agreement from consultants on representation. • Negotiate compensation and pay-rate of consultants with respect to requirement. • Get conformation of consultant pay-rate/hour. • Conduct initial evaluation of short listed profile. • Submit screened and short listed profiles/resumes to client for technical evaluation.• Handling the IT positions like: - Software Engineer, Java Developer, .Net Developer, DevOps Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Web Developer, UI/UX Developer and Designer, Front-End Developer, Back End Developer, Project Manager, Director of IT, VP of IT etc.Other requirements like: VP of Marketing, Account Manager, Director of Engineering, Account Executive, Pre-Sales Engineer, Software sales consultant, LPN, RN, CNA, Physician, Medical Doctor, Therapist etc.
