Apprenticeship Manager
Current-Maintain all records of training, apprentices and instructors-Ensure records are ready for NCCER, DOL/BAT and ABC audits-Coordinate with Sponsors to ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted-Track all expenditures with documentation and submit as required-Manage recruitment efforts based on targeted workforce needs-Manage and coordinate apprenticeship classes-Manage communication and coordination with apprenticeship committee and those involved-Provide status reports on all active apprenticesAdditional Duties-Year-end analyzations-EEO Certificate-Maintain all interiors OFCCP paperwork to stay in compliance-Sub-Contractor pre-qualifications for the interior division-Gather, enter and update data to maintain records and databases as needed -Recommendations for hiring, performance evaluation, training and work allocation-Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions -Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
