I joined #urbancompany for 1 month of internship as an BDE. I got to learn so many new things about their business. Starting from scratch to discussion with higher management... one month has been an amazing time frame to be a part of the organization. I enjoyed working there because there were no major differences between higher management and executives. We all learned and grew together. 2 months being a very short period, I will always cherish memories of Urban Company.

I worked as an Intern & we all together developed ILG - Institute of Leadership and Governance. Under this institute, there are 64 types of internships available. The institute principally integrates knowledge of Political Science, Public Administration, Sociology, Business Management, Psychology, Organizational Studies and Social Work amongst others making it interdisciplinary in nature. Since I was a kid, I was very much interested in teaching. Along with my studies, I used to teach students of 10th, 11th & 12th grade.I would say I was not much strong with Mathematics, but for all other subjects, I used to take tuition of almost 20-25 students at a time.
