Hands on experience in preparing pre and post shipment documents in SAP HANA, preparing and checking B/L , COO , Phytosanitary and Health Certificate, Coordinate with our international banks , freight forwarder and Shipping agencies, Tracking all shipments and informing to the customers about the same, Sharing loading and document details to the customers, Preparing all set of documents of international banks pertaining to presentation as CAD or Letter of Credit, Coordinate with internal team within the company to resolve the issues, Upadate daily reports and MIS in Excel.
