Client - SAUDI ARAMCORig Design - Pyramid and Dreco; 3000 and 2000 HPTop Drive: TESCO 500 ESI 1350March 2017 to Current- In a fast track program going through rig ranks - Roustabout, Floorman, Derrickman, and Assistant Driller. - Create Rig Move Plans and assist Rig Manager and Rig Superintendent in rig moves.- Planning, forecasting and following up on rig requirements as per well programs. - Performing root cause analysis on NPTs, creating reports and improving rig performance through several KPIs.- Perform self-verification rig and well control audits to ensure rig is compliant to standards.June 2016 to Feb 2017- Manage rig budget and inventory in coordination with the maintenance team by planning, recording all inventory transactions, & performing cycle counts.- Monitor the drilling performance providing inputs for the KPI Benchmarking system and updating Standard Operating Procedures.- Track and ensure all rig equipment are compliant with the necessary standards and maintain proper documentation.
