· 3.5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, supporting world’s largest publicly traded international Oil and Gas Company.· SME for Identity and Access Management.· Responsible for managing the SLA and handling all the priority issues.· Analysing key areas of automation and working with the automation team to assist in streamlining and improving the daily processes.· Dealing with Incident Management and continuous review of Knowledge Base.· Level 2 support for several applications and troubleshooting of various access issues.· Training, Monitoring and providing timely and effective feedback to new resources joining the team.· Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are adhered by all Project team members on all IAM requests.· Conducts periodic reviews of Role based and Access Profiles to ensure there are no deviations from security policies defined by the Organization.· Managed and Administered Access for new site Acquisitions.
