I effectively integrated COM bot's Whats App chat-bot into our existing system, collaborating with our channel partner to establish a streamlined process for generating new top-up loan leads via Whats App.4. I Implemented and integrated Cart BI's Account Aggregator APIs, enhancing the legacy system to retrieve borrower account statements from the Cart BI Portal. This implementation significantly reduced risk assessment in the loan journey at faircent.in. 5. We have implemented and integrated IND Money's business loan journey REST API, facilitating the fulfilment of loan requests from IND Money Leads. This integration has enhanced the business processes at faircent.in.6. We have successfully implemented and integrated DMI Finance's business loan journey REST API into faircent.in, enhancing our business processes by seamlessly providing loan leads to the DMI system.7. I refactored the legacy website code and implemented/restored REST APIs for various functionalities, including bank account change, e-mandate registration & verification (using ICICI and CASHFREE APIs), and penny drop functionality (leveraging Karza API). These improvements not only minimised risk assessment in the loan journey but also optimised business processes at faircent.in.

We successfully developed Cheil University, a comprehensive web tool tailored to manage diverse modules such as Training & Surveys, Teams Work Status (WFO/WFH), Employee Performance Evaluation, Covid Task Force Messages, Greetings, e-Library, and IT Assets Management. This innovative tool has greatly boosted productivity within the company.2. We developed the Cheil Activation Tool, a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the activation process of product campaigns. This tool facilitates campaign creation by admin users, tracks progress through to sale completion by dealer users, and includes a role-based user hierarchy system. Available on both web and app platforms, it has significantly increased productivity and streamlined business processes within the company.3. We created a flip book featuring various Samsung products using Flip PDF Professional software and then set it up on the Samsung web server. This initiative played a crucial role in enhancing the Samsung business process through digital advertising.

We developed several tools for Kleeto.in, including a CMS tool for PGMS Process, a CMS tool for Client Requests, a Work Timesheet Management tool, an Invoice Generation System tool, and a refactored version of the QC Portal & QC Script. These tools played a significant role in increasing productivity andstreamlining the business processes at Kleeto.in.2. I provided support and maintenance for Kleeto.in, local server, which includes Apache, MySQL, and FileZilla. This support contributed to the increased productivity of Kleeto.in.3. I conducted quality checks on client documents and managed the process of uploading documents to the User Module System at Kleeto.in. This effort significantly boosted productivity and improved the overall business processes of Kleeto.in.
