I had to accentuate and brand the Good work done by Team TA GIS (WI & WT) and Wipro Campus Team to a larger Wipro Ltd audience through mailers, newsletters, Snippetsand more. Conceptualized “Pat on the Back”, an initiative which highlighted the good work of a team member to a larger audienceand worked as a tool for motivation for the team members Facilitated Senior-Management by making effective Presentations * Demonstration and Analysis of entire recruitment process through a flow chart diagram which assisted in improvising the actual process. Based on the success of the change driven in the C2H team, I was given the responsibility of revamping Livewire (Employee Referral Program) for Wipro Infotech which aimed at creating a program with a new process, look and feel. Purpose was*Changed the “recruiter” based referral model to a “Dedicated Team” based model. I was asked to identify the team members and lead them to drive the conceptualization and implementation of this change.Studied the challenges recruiters were facing while processing C2H cases and based on the analysis, I came up with ideas to amend C2H hiring model. I was a part of a team which planned and implemented formation of a “SPOC” based Conversions team. Also, I was asked to lead C2H team for two verticals. The team’s objective was to identify the best third party resources and transitioning them to become Employees of Wipro Infotech Support to Campus Team in the Campus Events- Planning Organizing and Executing Modified the SOP which in turn resulted in smoother transactions and hence in to customer delight.
