• Monitoring & implementation of IMS (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) across all sites.• Establish a safety tracking system, monitoring compliance and taking corrective action where inadequate procedures or non-complying practices are identified.• Conducting industrial hygiene monitoring program at shop floors and ensure that the Corrective actions are taken for Non compliances• Audit HSE (Health Safety & Environment) compliance through frequent visits to Company facilities.• Issuing Work permits for various activities carried out within the industry.• Ensure that all safety requirements during the construction and operations of a project are strictly adhered to.• Updating HSE plan for the project.• Prepare Site Specific SOP’s for different activities.• Regular inspection of Site, Office, Workmen habitat, Electrical equipment, P&M, Batching plant, and Fire extinguishers etc.• Preparing Monthly reports.• PPE’s inspection at store area to ensure IS standard and good quality of PPE’s.• Conducting PEP Talk/Toolbox Talk on daily basis at different work site.• Conducting trainings for staffs and workmen.• Carrying out Induction training, Height pass, Skill authorization pass for new workers.• Monitoring the flow of documentation in on daily basis.• Conducting Mock drills and Fire drills on a monthly basis.• Maintaining documentation as per IMS standard on Daily, Fortnight, and Monthly and on Quarterly basis.• Regularly maintain the documentation records.• Preparing HIRA for Activities and sub Activities at site.• Working on Innovative way to overcome Depletion on Environment and to overcome in reducing unsafe act and unsafe condition.• Organizing Health camps and Awareness program on Environment aspects.
