I have 5 years of experience in housing which is where I have had to hone my advising skills, learn how to manage conflict effectively, and work with over 1000 students throughout the 5 years.I am currently a co-advisor of the Campus Living BIPOC collective, which aims to provide our student staff of color a safe space to be themselves as well as be a resource for them and support them as well. I am currently studying how to best support students of color at a PWI, particularly men of color.
