Order Management Specialist
Current• Handles all requests for an assigned territory of customers.• Managing customer orders from placement through successful delivery and invoicing.• Providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos, and RMAs.• Works with colleagues in inventory and production planning to source material for orders.• Participated in user acceptance testing for new software launches. • Primary peer point of contact during release of new software to help colleagues get acclimated • Provided order support for multiple groups within the customer service department• Proactively identify and work through order changes with clients.• Maintains a network of internal and external contacts throughout the organization.• Collaboration with Inventory Management, Shipping, Purchasing, AP, and Production as well.• Creates a strong relationship with customers, representatives, and regional managers.
