As a School Test Coordinator and a STEM Instructor at Iberville Math, Science, and Arts Academy, I have over four years of experience in delivering high-quality education to students from diverse and challenging backgrounds. I am passionate about inspiring students to pursue their academic and career goals in STEM fields, and I use culturally competent practices to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. I have also been recognized as a semifinalist for the 2024 Louisiana Teacher of the Year award for my outstanding teaching performance and student outcomes.In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I coordinate and administer all standardized testing programs at the school, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing data analysis and feedback to improve instruction and assessment. I have strong skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, which I use to create reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders.Prior to joining Iberville MSA, I worked as a Student Success Specialist at KPA, Inc, where I supported students with academic and personal challenges, and developed and implemented strategies to improve student retention and graduation rates. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans.
