Good knowledge of production and quality. Inspecting jobs using ZEISS CMM Machine with calypso software, preparing Layout inspection reports and mailing, updating daily CMM position data and monthly SPC data and mailing to MD and Senior staff. Good knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, Height gauge, TPG, PPG, ...etc Good knowledge of Dock audit, Product audit and Process audit. Knowledge of MSA, FMEA, 8D, and PPAP documents.
