Overall responsibility of the company’s day to day operations planning. Responsible for the assigning jobs to the messengers and the transporters. Liaising with the overseas agents for the movements of the shipments.Arranging courier shipments to and from the rest of the world. Logistics planning and scheduling for the project shipments.Arranging customs clearance and transportation of the shipments.Responsible for applying Certificate of Origin and Municipality Health Certificates online.Arranging transportation of the shipments to customers located in various parts of the UAE.Arranging customs inspection of the import / export shipment in JAFZA, DAFZA, Sharjah Airport and Sea Port.Booking containers with shipping lines and preparing the B/L’s and other export related documents. Handling project cargoes for oilfield supplies.

 Handling 3PL shipments. Customs clearance of import / export shipment in Freezone. Arranging transportation for timely delivery of the shipments to meet KPI’s. Sending GR updates to the customer on daily basis. Arranging the D/O collection of import shipment from various agents. Preparing various certificates required for import / export shipments. Preparing Dubai Municipality Health Certificate for food products via online. Preparing Phytosanitary Certificate for shipments via online. Preparing Certificate of Origin for export shipments. Load planning of export shipments as per customer requirement. Booking export shipments with various shipping lines. Arranging the B/L from shipping Line/ Agent for export shipments from Jebel Ali port.  Updating customers regarding the status of the shipments on daily updated sheets.  Updating the accounting software packages. Liaise with Dubai Customs and Port Authorities.  Handling corporate clients and accounts.  Interface with Port, Customs and other external inspection authorities for documentation, goods clearance and other routine matters. Liaise with shipping agencies/ carriers /lines for rate negotiation. Customer feedback on shipment status maintain a cordial relationship to build future business. Online customs documentation / clearance through Mirsal 2.

E-Mirsal 2 clearance import and export shipments( Air / Sea) Arranging transportation for import shipment deliveries. Preparing HBL’s. Handling AWB execution in DNATA & Emirates (Dubai / DWC AIRPORT) . Export inspection handling in Dubai, DWC and Jebel ali Customs. Preparing Exit Entry certificates /submission and refund follow ups. Taking rates and booking air space with airlines and agents. Preparing B/L instructions for the shipping line on behalf of the shipper.  Transport coordination and followup with the transporters. Taking rates from shipping lines and booking containers for sending Quotations.
