The asset of the bank, classified as NPA ceases to generate income to the bank. In addition to stoppage of income generation to the banks, banks are required to make provision for NPA. Therefore, NPA is a double edged razor; damaging the profit, weakening the capital structure and reducing the rating of the bank.My self involved in Recovery Measures effectively utilized in all branches of chennai regional officeInvolving in the rehabilitation of viable units, rephasing loan installments wherever necessary,applying for settlement of the claim from CGTMSE/ECGC, Compromise settlements like One Time Settlement (OTS) writing off non-recoverable assets (as per Banks Policy) are parts of the process involved in reducing NPAs.Ensuring all the Housing and securred assets are covered under DRT, SARFAESI proceedings, filing Civil suit for recovery of dues, Ensuring to Settle accounts under CSSDL Scheme of our bank. and Upgrading the viable accounts I found Joy and Happiness in NPA recovery because it leads to multiple gains to the bank. Every Rupee recovered adds up cost-free resources to the bank. The recovered money can be recycled for further lending which enhances the current earning of the bank. The operating and net profit of the bank would improve. The capital structure of the bank would be strengthened. Recovery in NPA accounts improves the efficiency and profitability ratios of the bank and thereby improves Bank’s rating.Recently cleared my promotional exam waiting for interview

End to end customer solutions.In State Bank of India my job involved with the below mentioned works.- Preparing the Presentations to the higher officials about the entire region( 64 Branches are there in Kadapa District).- Analyzing the NPA,Deposite and Advances figures of each branch, day wise, week wise positions to my higher officials to take right decision.- Preparing the Interest sub vention for agriculturists for entries region(Branches are not over burned).- Reducing the mounting of pressure to the Branches by doing the their work at back end level.- Dealing with all the Retail, commercial loans in kadapa.- In Kadapa i have been part barities industry (pulverizing units) were raw material available in and around kadapa.- Preparing the over due notices of all branches from regional office of NPA borrowers.- Preparing the ratings for all loans with the help of excel program- Prepared Gold Loan Program in excel with one of the official such that any officiate in any Branch can give gold loan in 3 minutes by typing in excel such that all field are filled in all the documents of Gold Loan. It reduced the TAT . Only thing an officer will do type writing at excel and give print out only.- Prepared lot of excel programmes for Ratings to be done for the Retials Loans.- In SBI , I provided the right data, to higher officials at appropriate level at appropriate time
