•Visit all the branches handled should be visited on monthly basis.(Admin /Facility /Clear issues).•Efficiently monitor service calls and ensure deliveries/maintain agreed TAT•Understand all expenses at the branch and periodically check them at the branches to ensure spending within given budget•Ensure Asset verification at the branch half yearly. Keep in MIS. Update weekly basis.•Actively participate in all the assignments given related to operation & various departmental events•Drive admin projects, deal with compliance professionally negotiate skill with building owner, vendor, marketing .•Look up security as in site or branches ( Regional Office) (shift , Man power handle ) .Infra works and Administrator on site Interior :- 01) As per operation requirement layout and estimation of infra work 2)Taking responsibility of a given civil works as per specification and standard. &Ensure materials at site as per project s standard. 3)To carry out technical supervisor on going work finishing at works at all stages. 4)Prepare day to day report of work as done in site. Taking measurement . &Prepare Client's bills and as per claims➢ Security aspects at site
