 Responsible for providing estimates, gathering business requirements, documenting functional and technical specifications, Testing, Coding, and Implementation activities for Different Domains like Cards & Payments, Transaction Switching, Core Financials. Understand the problem statement (RFP/ RFI) by identifying missing information and guide Business development analysts in framing appropriate queries to ferret out the missing information. Develop/write a proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation writing, revising, and editing drafts. Understand customer needs and determines the proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs & Owning the entire proposal preparation and submission process. Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval. Detail and articulation of solutions for both technical and business audiences and ensure completeness of the same. Collaboratively work with assigned operations teams to develop an overall region plan to maximize opportunities. Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical abilities to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge.
