Roles & Responsibilities :  Concept design and development for tool design based on the feasibility study. Preparation of RFQ for the new inquiries from the Customers. Played a key role in the Development of a tool up to the realization of the final component. Scheduled the kick-off meeting for PFMEA during tool development.  Involved in the prototyping development at Customer End. Convene the Design FMEA with all the department heads Marketing, Tool Room, Production, Quality Assurance, Secondary Operations, and Packing.  Development of Technical Proposal Drawing (MUP-Marked Up Print), Tool Drawings & Documentation for ISO/TS-16949. Detailing and Modeling using Auto-Cad 2007 & Pro-Engineer Wildfire 3.0. Supporting to prepare strong, valid tool trail and troubleshooting then strive to clear the pilot lot towards the Customer approval. Reverse Engineering with physical models using Pro-Engineer Wildfire 3.0. Technical interaction with our Colleagues and project manager for better quality in Projects delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities : Preparation of Standard Drawings Generation of 2D Part Drawings, Assembly Drawings using Auto-Cad. Generation of Points of Part drawings using Auto-Cad to generate ‘CNC’ Program in Turning Centers. Doing Surface Area & Projected Area calculation using Auto-Cad. Doing Reverse Engineering of Customer samples using Auto-Cad. Technical interaction with our Colleagues for better quality in Product delivery.
