Brought down the gas consumption by RM 1 Million per year by optimizing the Boilers.3. Brought down the Utility Bills ( Electricity & Water ) by RM 500,000 per year.4. Initiated Project Better Brown (low GI) to be produced locally and currently the project lead.5. Restructured the Forklift operation by converting LPG operated to Battery operated. Savings RM 800,000 per year,6. In house Design and Build a Liquid Sugar Plant.7. In house Design and Build a Golden Syrup Plant8. Restructured the Engineering Operation.9. Business Process owner for SAP go live Plant wide10. Rebuilding a new ETP Plant using Anerobic process. Project cost RM 22 Million11. Installation & Commissioning of higher efficiency 60 Ton Boiler12. Increased Plant Capacity by 20% by streamlining the process.
