Motor data sheet, Cable schedule, Junction box diagram, P&ID, LCP panel diagram and other documents for blower project. Guiding production team in assembly of instrument, routing of tubing, fixing of manifolds and corresponding accessories. Guiding third party vendor on scope of electrical works like cable routing and cable tray fixing and connection diagram. Handled entire Electrical, Automation and Instrumentation for Blower test bed setup in Howden Factory (Like Review, Ordering, Inspecting, Documentation, Installation and Commissioning Activities).

 Supporting Rockwell Products, as MVGL are the only distributor for Rockwell in south India.  Working on Micro PLC, Micrologix PLC, Compact Logix and Control Logix PLC.  Working on SCADA and HMI like FactoryTalk view SE and ME Version .  Preparation Service report and handling the customer like system integrator and OEM’s. Providing solution to SI and OEM on technical issue and also working closely with Rockwell for POC project. On tenure in MVGL, we executed one project for sterling Abrasives using Micro 800 PLC for Kiln project.

 Involved in tendering of both electrical and PLC panel. Estimation of electrical panel. Designing of SCADA screen and HMI screen and assigning of tags. Preparation of Wiring Diagram i.e. internal and external wiring of panel, JB diagram in AutoCAD. Loop checking of panels and then checking of DI, DO, AI and AO wiring as per the GA and internal wiring. Checking of panel dimension, color code of cable and arrangement of components as per the approved drawing. Creating Tags for PLC program and SCADA and working on report generation in VBA code. Power on test of PLC panel and checking of all the IO’s are updating in PLC and SCADA.  Preparation of FAT, ITR document and O&M manual. Preparation of datasheet of instrument, PLC and electrical  Preparation of hookup diagram for instruments Testing of panel making it ready for customer inspection. Went to plant for erection & commissioning. Went to site for inspection and checking of work progress of from our end. Erection of control panel and JB as per customer plant layout.  Cable laying as per the cable routing diagram. Erection of instruments like pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, RTD/temperature scanner, vibration transmitter, insertion type flow meter etc.  Erection of insertion type of ultrasonic flow meter .  Handing over of all the Commissioning sites and taking minutes of meet (MOM) from contractor and client for completion of work. Inspect instrument periodically and adjust calibration if required to ensure they are functioning properly. Commissioning of flow meter and adjusting of setting as per the Customer requirement.  Calibration of ultrasonic Level transmitter.
