• Maintain, troubleshoot and administer LAN/WAN networks, MPLS networks, Mainframe networks, Internet and optical connections, storage equipment for a Fortune 100 organization• Identify outages and impact to the network. Provide problem resolution services and troubleshooting technical issues of clients based on ITIL process• Troubleshooting and Configuring Cisco Routers & Switches, Arista Switches, Juniper Routers & Switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers & Access Points, ADVA Devices, Monitoring alerts with networking monitoring tools. • Plan and implement configuration change as requested by BU, installing new device and decommission old ones• Execution of major break-fix changes which includes code upgrades, software-hardware installations, cable trace, line card or hardware replacement, device configurations etc• Monitoring client emails for network incidents and analyzing through network graphing parameters • Control and monitor the bandwidth usage for various important links in the infrastructure connected to stock exchanges and Internet service providers.• Capturing the details of incidents based on ITIL framework which includes maintain a process based log in a Ticketing System and performing various escalations • Perform schedule maintenance by running pre scrubs and post scrub on network• Notifying higher management and business units of major events/disruptions
