Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with CSWIP 3.2.2 (with RT), NACE CIP Level-2, API 510, API 580, ASNT Level-2 & ISO 9001-2008. Working in Oil & gas industries/ Offshore windfarm jackets and platforms as a Senior Inspection Engineer/ QA & QC Engineer with total 15-years of experience & 10-years of Gulf experience.With over 15 years of experience in the Renewable energy industry, Oil & Gas, Marine projects, worked as an Inspection Engineer, Multi-discipline Inspector, Welding Inspector, Coating Inspector & Erection Engineer. Undergone various kind of Oil and Gas quality inspection activities, QA/QC operations and Welding & Coating Worked in the inspection of Jackets, Platforms, Pipe spools / process piping, offshore pipeline, heavy steel structures, offshore equipment’s/items, inspection for mechanical equipment and static equipment (Pressure Vessel, Column, Heat Exchanger, and storage Tanks, etc.) and review of final Manufacturer Data Books & Reports (MDB/MDR). Other scopes include reviewing procedure for Quality Management Systems (QMS), Fabrication Procedures, NDE procedures, painting-coating procedures, materials inspection, and review of mill certificates, WPS/PQRs, WPQRs. Familiar with QA/QC document system and material and weld history traceability record systems, familiar with International Standards and Client Specifications related to Oil & Gas industries. Good awareness of international codes and standards including AWS D1.1, EEMUA 158, ASME B31.3, ASME Section II, V, VIII, IX, ASTM, API and ABS, DNV ship building codes, DNV-OS-C401 etc.
